If you are interested in purchasing a property or placing a bid on a foreclosure then a complete history of the property should be examined. The Full Chain of Title Search would be the best choice. This search will examine all of the same historical information as the Current Owner Title Search and the Limited Owner Title Searches but will also include information up to a 50 year history or to the original owner/developer whichever comes first.
