INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Subscriber agrees that all materials, information, and services provided on this website are the property of Title Hawks LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. Subscriber also agrees not to reproduce or redistribute the Title Hawk’s intellectual property in any way, including but not limited to, electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. Subscriber grants Title Hawks a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

LICENSE TO USE THIS SOFTWARE
You have a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the services available on this website. The services/information may not be used for any other purpose than intended, and the license to use this software will be terminated upon cancellation of your subscription.

COMMUNICATION
All communication with Title Hawks is via electronic means. Each time the Subscriber sends an email or visit our website, the Subscriber is communicating with Title Hawks. The Subscriber hereby consents to receiving communications from Title Hawks. If the Subscriber has subscribed to the news (updates) on our website, regular emails will be received from Title Hawks. Title Hawks will continue to communicate with the Subscriber by posting news and notices on our website and by sending emails. Subscriber also agrees that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications Title Hawks provides electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

USER ACCOUNT
You, as a Subscriber to this platform, are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information gathered as well as your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Subscriber agrees to enter this contractual subscription as an adult (18 years or above) and that all information collected is to be utilized in a professional manner.

MODIFICATION TO THE AGREEMENT & SOFTWARE
Title Hawks reserves the right to modify this Agreement, and any information referenced in this Agreement, at any time and to our discretion. In the event Title Hawks modifies this Agreement, these modifications are effective upon the revision posting date. A continued use of the Title Hawks Platform after any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of any and all modifications. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement after modification, you may cancel your subscription immediately and please note the reason for the cancellation. Title Hawks reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the Title Hawks Platform at its sole discretion. Title Hawks is not liable to Users for any modification or discontinuance of all or any portion of the Title Hawks Platform.

PAYMENT TERMS
All subscription payments will be processed through Stripe Payment System. Title Hawks will gather all pertinent information and the monthly payment is processed until the end of the contract term. Any discrepancies or questions shall be directed to Title Hawks Customer Service email.

DISCLAIMER
Title Hawks reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms, or any additional terms and notices, at any time. If we do so, we will inform You either by posting the modified Terms or through other communications. Your continued subscription after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.Title Hawks reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, cancel orders, change or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Title Hawks LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in this user agreement.

PREVENTION OF UNAUTHORIZED USE
Title Hawks reserves the right to exercise whatever lawful means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized or prohibited uses.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accessing and using the Title Hawks Platform, you unequivocally acknowledge that you understand and agree to and accept all of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions stated. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms your access to this platform will be denied
